Mortgage Mode helps UK limited companies and SPVs with commercial and buy-to-let mortgage enquiries. We meet borrowers where they are: a short form, a call back from Monty, our AI assistant, and a booked call with a specialist from our panel.
What we do
We take your enquiry, Monty confirms your figures and books your call, and a specialist from our panel takes it from there. We are an introducer: we do not lend, we do not give financial advice and we do not quote rates.
How we use AI
Monty is an AI assistant. It always says so, it never gives advice, calls are transcribed and not recorded, and you can ask for a person at any time. Our AI usage policy has the detail.
